1. Do I need a ticket?

If you are joining us for the day to watch the spectators, enjoy the activities available or eat and drink for the day - you do not need a ticket. If you are planning on staying with us for the evening's events -  you will need a ticket. Tickets are required for access after 6pm, without a ticket the bar and food vendors will be unable to serve you and entry will not be permitted.

2. Do we need to bring cash?

The PIUPID Bar will accept card payments for drinks purchased at the bar. If you are planning on winning prizes in the auction - this can also be paid via card.

We do suggest bringing cash, as the other food vendors may not accept card and you will definitely not want to miss out on the tukka! You'll also need cash for the Park and Ride and Event Programme.

If there is capacity for attendees purchasing tickets on the door this will need to be paid in cash. We do advise securing your tickets before hand online to avoid dissapointment.

3. Can Kid's come?

We welcome the whole family at PIUPID. Available during the day; we have bouncy castles, touch rugby, face painting, ice-cream and food. PIUPID believes it is our duty to bring our whole community together, that includes the little thundercats! The day is entirely free for the whole family. From 6pm onwards the event becomes ticketed with over 18's only.

4. Can we bring our own drinks?

Unfortunately due to our licensing and health and safety, you will not be permitted to bring in your own drinks in the evening. Security will be searching attendees for glass/alcohol and illegal substances.

5. Where can we park?

Please head over to: Getting to Pick It Up Put It Down for information on parking and our Park and Ride service. Here you will see an interactive map of Pick up / Drop off points including car parks for attendees and athletes.
