“All you’ve got to do is Pick It Up and Put It Down again mate!”

DAN OSBORNE

In August 2015 we raised £6000 for Bloodwise. Our Games Director Louis alongside his team of professional business owners – volunteered their time to organise an informal celebration of a local hero who tragically passed in the December of 2014. A friend to everyone he met – Daniel Osborne was a pillar of inspiration, his involvement in the local community of East Sussex inspired the Fitness/Music festival that is now known as Pick It Up Put It Down. Starting with a few friends all sharing a common love for barbells and beer-tents, PIUPID has humble beginnings. In August of 2016 we took a huge leap forward – reigniting Dan Osborne’s memory with another festival boasting over 400 people left fully satiated on a day and evening of Sweat, Drink, Food and Music.

In 2016 we raised £7000 for the Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance and we aim to continue to work alongside the Air Ambulance – donating a percentage of our profits to the angels in the sky.

At PIUPID HQ it is our ambition to spread the infectious energy of fitness alongside the belief that it is our responsibility as human beings to live life to the full.

Join us for the return of the biggest night of the summer on the 12th of August 2017.
